ARTLEVER LTD Copyright Policy

  1. ARTLEVER LTD (“ARTLEVER“) recognizes and honors the intellectual rights of all ARTLEVER users, especially artists.

  2. The entire content of the ARTLEVER website, which includes the graphics, design, and text is copyrighted as a collective work under the European Union and other copyright laws and remains the property of ARTLEVER LTD and the artists on ARTLEVER.

  3. All downloaded and printed content on ARTLEVER are to be used solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any instance of distribution, reproduction, transmission, and display of the content on ARTLEVER is strictly prohibited unless otherwise authorized. Furthermore, you agree never to delete or change any content downloaded from ARTLEVER. The artists remain the sole owners of all rights to their works on ARTLEVER.

  4. All claims of copyright infringement relating to listings on the ARTLEVER website, reported to ARTLEVER by phone, or email, or mail, will be investigated by ARTLEVER.

  5. Individuals can report any possible copyright infringement on the ARTLEVER website if they are the copyright owner, authorized to act under any exclusive copyright, or authorized to act on behalf of copyright owners. Reports of copyright infringements are to be done by forwarding complaints by mailing a Notice of Alleged Infringement to ARTLEVER or by email.

  6. Notice of Alleged Infringement should include particulars outlined below. Upon receipt of properly formatted Notice of Alleged Infringement, ARTLEVER will take appropriate action deemed appropriate under discretion. ARTLEVER may decide to remove materials from the ARTLEVER website with listings including materials that infringe on the copyrights or other intellectual properties of other individuals, whether they have listings on ARTLEVER or not.

  7. All Notices of Alleged Infringement forwarded to ARTLEVER should provide an adequate description of the alleged copyright infringement, as well as the following:
I. Images of the copyrighted work in question

II. A direct URL to the page on the ARTLEVER website with the alleged copyright infringement.

III. All copyright Infringement notices must contain the full legal name of the plaintiff, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and the electronic or physical signature as appropriate.

IV. The Notice of Copyright Infringement Should include the following statements

V. “The information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”

VI. “I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material or reference or link to such material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).”
The Notice of Alleged Infringement should be sent, including the information described in 7,8 and 9 above to ARTLEVER LTD
